I first started with the original image Ron Perlman, the actor who plays Hellboy and Clay in Sons of Anarchy

I traced the original image with a pencil.

I added a few marks on his face to represent his beard and finished by painting the hair.

I added colors to both his skin and t-shirt. There were a few white spots left but those remained until he end.

There was shading added to both the shirt and face, there was also highlights added to his hair. I also messed with his hair
